NOTE 1: This plugin only works with counter-strike.
NOTE 2: This plugin requires Logd to work correctly.
NOTE 3: If you don't require the admin_restartround command you can remove plugin_cs when using this plugin.
If you do, make sure this plugin is above plugin_cs in your plugin.ini file.
