auch mein lanserver (listenserver) startet nicht...

d.h.: er startet schon, aber kurz vor ende des startvorgangs beendet er den vorgang.

Also dein Server sagt doch schon alles !!!

Er kann die sm_cstrike_mm.dll nicht finden im angegebenen Verzeichnis. Guck mal nach, ob sie überhaupt drin ist.
