     This plugin allows anyone with access level 
8192 permission to change a client's name
(Provided they are not an administrator.)

     This plugin does not affect llama flags and is
unaffected by them as well so it is possible to
change a llama's name while leaving them
llamified. Be careful when using this plugin as it
is not completely tested.

Registered commands are:

admin_name <target> <target name> : 8192

Usage:

     To change a person's name type
admin_name followed by the Target,
and the new name to change to.
