plugin_stryker_anticonc

     This plugin was designed with
the sole purpose of identifying and
warning possible anticonc users.

     The plugin detects the execution 
of the "fullupdate" command more
than twice in a 5 second period.
This command is used in some
anticonc scripts to prevent a player
from feeling the effects of a conc.

     Upon detecting the execution
of three fullupdate commands in
under 5 seconds, it changes the
offender's name to "ANTICONC 
SUSPECT" as well as ejecting their
cd tray to get their attention. As
long as the fullupdate command
continues to be run repeatedly,
they will be unable to change their
name or keep their cd tray closed.
