This plugin is used to kick flooders who always
change their nickname to flood the server.

If there are more name-changings in 2 seconds,
player got 5 warnings.
After the fifth warning, player gets kicked and his
IP and AuthID is written in FloodLog.txt, which
is also used by plugin_antiflood.
